This is why following your friend’s exercise program may not ‘feel right’…simply, it is not the best fit for you.

Interested in working with me?

When we work together, I will outline a plan for you to follow until we meet again. This is established in our initial consultation.

Between face-to-face meetings, we will communicate by phone and/or email to ensure you are progressing and do any trouble-shooting.

Follow up appointments are scheduled to ensure you stay on track and continue progressing. I recommend 4 weekly intervals.
